The ICC is made up of 10 versatile and flexible halls and 10 executive boardrooms allowing events the space and ability to grow, change and adapt their format each time. From 1,500-3,000 delegates for larger conferences, to smaller intimate spaces for up to 300 which be completely exclusive, we have endless opportunities to meet the differing needs of clients. We have many USP's but one that stands out above the rest is our people, allowing us to boast excellent client feedback month in month out.
Every service you may require can be provided in house, ranging from production, to graphics to catering - all being our team. Equally we are always happy to work with existing suppliers that can build upon our inclusive packages. In fact, very few industry professionals that haven’t worked at the ICC at some point!

Our venue offers 32 individual conference and meeting suites with capacities from 10 - 700. The suites are interconnecting so you can create larger event or breakout area that can be adjoined to your main conference space. This allows your delegates to have an easy transition between spaces and for your event to flow from one room to another. Not forgetting our fantastic DDR packages for our conference suites which we can be shaped around your budget providing exceptional value for money.
Looking for a larger event space? Not a problem. Home to some of best exhibitions, the NEC is the UK’s largest venue with over 18 halls and an abundance of outdoor space to choose from. Our blank canvas spaces give you the flexibility and freedom to be as creative as you want, wowing your clients and letting your imagination run free!

The Vox Conference Centre is situated within Resorts World which is located on the NEC campus, meaning we are only minutes from Birmingham International Ariport and Train station and only a short walk from a variety of hotels. Since the day of opening we have delivered bespoke events that rock the status quo, making us stand apart from our competition.
We wow up to 900 guests in our flexible spaces. With acclaimed sky fold walls that can take your main plenary into breakout spaces within minutes or alternatively amaze your delegates from transforming daytime sessions into an incredible evening – maybe starting with drinks overlooking the lake followed by an award-winning menu to remember!
The Vox has been purposely designed to create unforgettable experiences, focusing on exclusivity. Endlessly adjustable, our 5 suites can accommodate any numbers up to 900 in wide number of formats, relaxed, formal, freestyle - whatever you need we'll deliver a setting that’s impactful and playful in equal measure, and with additional facilities such as Bear Grylls on campus for team building the opportunities are genuinely endless!
