Sarah Mayo

Co-Founder, POINT3 Wellbeing

 

For over 20 years, Sarah has helped some of the world’s leading brands, including Honda,
BMW and Callaway Golf, connect with their communities through the power of live events
and brand experience marketing.
Prior to setting up POINT3 Wellbeing, Sarah sat on the EMEA executive board of global
brand experience company Freeman, in the role of Marketing Director. Before that she was
responsible for business development and marketing at TRO - The Experience Agency.
In her role as co-founder of POINT3 Wellbeing, Sarah hosts regular talks and workshops in
the workplace and at conferences, speaking about wellbeing and sharing tools to better
manage the stresses of modern day life.
Sarah is a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Wellbeing Coach, with a particular
expertise in behaviour change and nutrition. She is an avid runner with numerous
marathons, an ultra and many trail runs under her belt.
