Jo Randle is CEO of Aspect, a global events and communications agency. She instils a service-focused culture that drives the agency to create extraordinary work that inspires business performance.
Jo has been an integral part of Aspect since 1998. Prior to becoming CEO in 2012, she served in various capacities of increasing responsibility from Producer to Director of Production. Under her leadership the agency has developed its ‘Inspiring Business Performance’ vision and ambition, and moved its Head Quarters to West Hampstead in London.
Jo’s passion is to develop event experiences that create emotional connections and strengthen relationships between brands and the people that matter the most, and pushes the agency to be innovative in an increasingly cluttered marketplace. It is this passion, combined with Jo’s BA Hons Psychology degree background, that fuelled the agency’s development of the first ever ROI measurement for events – a tool that truly can measure how effective an event intervention has been.
Jo defines industry best practices, trends and thought leadership by contributing to professional groups and business and trade publications – particularly around the area of virtual and hybrid meeting models.
