Workshop roundtables: 1) The EDI hackathon that could shape your business goals 2) 10 sustainability action points for 2023
The EDI hackathon that could shape your business goals - Gabrielle Austen-Browne
Following on from the community conversations that have taken place earlier this year, we're inviting organisations attending the C&IT corporate forum to collaborate on identifying the biggest challenge organisations face when it comes to being more diverse, inclusive, equitable and accessible.
In the form of a mini “hackathon” you will work together to crowdsource a pathway towards meaningful and positive change, by addressing one of the biggest EDI issues you face when running your events. To get the most out of this session we ask for you to vote on your organisation's biggest challenge when it comes to meaningfully implementing EDI into your workplace and in your events.
10 sustainability action points for 2023 - Anita Howard
With corporate organisations investing more and more into carbon accounting, we as event organisers, need to show that we are ahead of the curve and taking action to ensure events are sustainable. During this workshop you will have your say on what will go into the ICE's Action 10 Plan which will be launched in February 2023, and be a meaningful part of shaping a more sustainable future for the events industry.
